JAKARTA – Jiva was invited to the 2024 National Chili Forum held by the Directorate General of Horticulture of the Ministry of Agriculture of Indonesia in South Jakarta.
Jiva was invited to the 2024 National Chili Forum held by the Directorate General of Horticulture of the Ministry of Agriculture of Indonesia at the Grand Sheraton, Gandaria City, South Jakarta.
This forum was held to support national inflation control and efforts to strengthen the availability of strategic national chili commodities with the theme "Strategy for Securing the Availability of Chili Commodities to Support National Inflation Control".
Muhammad Taufiq Ratule as Acting Director General of Horticulture in his speech explained that there are still challenges and obstacles in developing national chili, such as production disparities between regions. Taufiq added that this activity was held to find and present solutions to the challenges of national chili.
Our Head Partnership, Rachmad Hariotomo, gave a presentation titled “Strategy in Distribution and Supply of Chilies Between Regions.” to the audience consisting of several government sectors such as Bapanas and Kemendagri, private sectors, organizations, and other experts.
In uplifting smallholder farmers, Jiva is helping to solve the challenges of getting farmers better income and livelihoods, this includes by securing the commodities gathered and cared for by the farmers can be utilized well in the future.
