Arnav brings in 10 years of experience in engineering, product and supply chain management. He joined Jiva from Locus, a Supply Chain Optimization Platform where he was the Director of Solutions and Global Sales Engineering. He led development and deployment of multiple product streams, and managed multiple teams spread across 4 continents and was instrumental in growing Locus into a USD 300M+ company.

What inspires you about Jiva's mission?

Working on products that could help uplift the livelihoods of 500 million farmers is not only emotionally rewarding, but is an amazing product challenge. There are factors that we wouldn’t even consider designing for in other industries, or other parts of the world. In an era when 15min deliveries are becoming the norm, farm-to-table supply chain is still stuck in the 1900s. Ensuring that the farmers get their fair dues and the produce hits the market in its prime; is what we are solving for, one region at a time. This is basic, the possibilities post that are endless.
